I, like many people on this planet, have recurring dreams. Mine used to be not so much recurring dreams, but recurring themes. They either involved a supermarket, of which I seemed to be familiar with, albeit I could not tell you when I woke up where it was, but involved me searching for an elusive shelf; the other theme would be either a town or a building which I would wander round to get to a particular destination which I knew was there but could never find. I've stopped having both of them, as I was starting to enjoy the challenge, rather than getting frustrated, in fact I remember thinking when having these types of dreams, oh goodie, it's one of those, bring it on.
I'm not one of those who think that dreams have hidden meaning, I believe that 99% of the time they are mixed up thoughts of a part of the brain which doesn't get used during the day - the rest of it is asleep.
Anywaaay, my latest recurring theme is train rides. Why trains I do not know, but in keeping with the previous pattern I'm trying to get somewhere and am usually getting into difficulties. Last one I was trying to get to Scotland. Why Scotland?

Am I ready for Christmas? Are you kidding? Bah humbug can't wait until Saturday :-)
Starting to get seriously worried about my left eye. Am going to docs next week for some advice, I may get referred back to the specialist. Anyhow, I'm starting to get weird, but blessedly brief, "dizzy" spells. I haven't fainted yet, no nausea, no unusual headaches, so I'm not panicking....it's just an irritation and distraction I can do without.

It's been a relatively quiet couple of weeks. Not much to say really. Starting to finally get used to my new glasses, although I go boss-eyed when I take them off. Oh, one thing though, they want to do one more (final, this is absolutely the last one promise) blood test to check for high calcium levels. Going in next Wednesday.
